RSS is finding many useful applications. RSSCalendar is a fine example. It will deliver an event listing to your newsreader. Now they have responded to a request I made and it will now display as a box in a Web site. Just look to the right and down a ways. Nice clean look and the ability to subscribe to the feed.

Might this be useful in a library setting? The ability to post events to the Web page and send them out as an RSS feed looks like a useful application. And it is simple to use, no need to know the raw RSS.
