What issues are important in a hosted library system? Beyond price and up-time that is. Ones that come to my mind are:

Even more important than being able to deal with MARC authority is the actual authority control itself.
Plus: indexing. Keywords, authors, titles, subjects-- all of those make the catalog searchable.
